Further; this project is not only a profit-oriented project rather than a comprehensive project that addresses a long-standing social need of having a hospital of its kind in the district which not only serves the people residing in Gorkha Bazaar but the whole of Gorkha district and some parts of Dhading and Tanahun. The hospital will have several facilities including intensive care units (ICU), highly equipped emergency department, operation theatre for surgeries such as appendectomy, hernia, cataract surgery, burnt excision, debridement procedures, kidney and bladder stone surgeries etc., ventilators, and maternity ward with baby care units.
The company also has a plan of conducting nursing classes, lab classes and pharmacy course in near future. Hence; they are importing/purchasing all required medical equipment rather than taking on rent to meet the criteria for running these courses.
